Mentors are expected to meet with the mentees virtually bi-weekly, providing support and guidance throughout their educational journey.

Mentees are expected to meet with their mentors bi-weekly, and clearly communicate their needs so that their mentor can support them. 

B.B.A.M. Exec members help oversee the mentorship program including logistics, mentorship pairings, administration, curriculum design, social media, and event planning.
